Opal Outdoor Cooling Systems

Opal high pressure atomized water spraying evaporative cooling systems provides comfortable environment by cooling it 10°C - 20°C in hot weathers.

High pressure evaporative cooling systems allows temperature drop by 10 to 20°C by using physical properties of hot and dry weather. Special design high pressure unit and atomization nozzles produces a fog layer made of 5 - 10 micron water particles. These particles (with 1/10th of human hair thickness) completely evaporates in environment without wetting or dripping. Hot and dry weather absorbs particles and it leads to temperature drop.

You can easily increase your revenue by using Opal Cooling and Climation Systems with effective and low-cost solutions. Ideal usage areas include hotels, restaurants, gardens, stadiums, tennis courts.

Opal Cooling and Climation Systems provide comfortable environment even in hottest weathers and you can drop temperature by an average of 16° C with 1,500 psi high pressure, high tech fogging system.

What is Evaporative Cooling ?

When water evaporates from surface of something, that surface cools because it needs heat (energy) to evaporate water. Blowing wind in a hot day cools us because air flow evaporates sweat faster, required energy comes from our body as heat.

Air absorbs water when contacted, quantity of absorbtion primarily depends on current quantity in air. Humidity refers to water level in air. If air absorbs 50% of its capacity, it is called as 50% humidity. If humidity is low, absorbtion becomes much more and evaporation increases.

If air holds as much as possible humidity it becomes saturated. In saturation temperature and avalanche point is equal. Humidity quantity depends on temperature and location.

Ratio between saturation and current amount of vapor is known as relative humidity. Evaporation requires heat and British Thermal Unit (BTU) is used for heat calculation.
