What is ULV?
ULV is aerosol fog made by extremely thin spraying system.
ULV provides realistic, economic, effective, permanent struggle against insects with minimum chemical usage. Created particles effects on insects immediately, kills rapidly and keep its effect for a long time.
ULV system aims most effective disinfection by transforming solution into particles to allow them to stay in air for a long time.
Since particles are dissipated by air, wind becomes important. Windless mornings and sundowns are most suitable times for disinfection against flying insecticites, a disinfection of 10-15 km/hour is ideal.
ULV systems can also be used for antiseptical and deodorant applications as well.
Duration of chemical particles in air = Effectivity
A 100 µ (micron) particle falls down from 1 meter in 4 seconds while,
A 50 µ (micron) particle falls down in 5 minutes and
A 1 µ particle falls down in 8 hours.
* µ : micron : 1/1000th of a milimeter.
